prosecutors in Massachusetts have dropped a criminal sexual assault case against former house of cards star Kevin Spacey the case alleged the fifty nine year old actor had groped an eighteen year old man at a bar in and talk at more than three years ago after buying him several drinks but on Wednesday prosecutors withdrew the felony assault charge after species accuser invoked his Fifth Amendment right against self incrimination he did so after the judge in the case ordered him to provide his cell phone and was told the phone was missing the Oscar winning actor had pled not guilty and his lawyers accused the plaintiff of the leading text messages that would have supported the actor's defense the accuser dropped a civil suit against BC earlier this month
