>> Dr. Tyndall impeded my ability to seek medical help.>> The University of Southern California has agreed to pay $215 million to settle a federal lawsuit. That alleges the university covered up sexual abuse by a former school gynecologist for decades.>> He took pictures of me while I was completely naked.
>> The settlement comes after more than 400 claims by women alleging they were sexually harassed or abused by Dr. George Tyndall. Tyndall was fired last year after three decades as the campus gynocolgist.>> I couldn't believe it when I found out that the LAPD has boxes of photos.
>> He molested me.>> The women claim that the school covered up for Tyndall and concealed their complaints for years. The women say Tyndall often made inappropriate comments, forced them to strip naked, and groped them during treatment. Tyndall denies the allegations and has not been charged with a crime.
School officials deny allegations of a cover up. The settlement still needs to be approved by the court. It is reported to be among the largest reached by a university facing sexual misconduct accusations.
