Q. two but in February it abruptly scrapped its plans to build the New York after mounting resistance from local leaders who were upset by the incentives promised to Amazon and we're looking at at a deal that was not primarily putting the community first and that same issue has re emerged the fifty one million dollar incentive in Virginia includes a controversial cash grants of twenty three million dollars to Amazon over fifteen years which will be collected from taxes on Arlington hotel rooms meeting tourists and business travelers are expected to pick up much of that bill
