S. marshals shot and killed a man as they were trying to arrest him while attending to stop the individual he reportedly brand his vehicle into the officers vehicles multiple times before exiting with a weapon the officers fired striking and killing the individual No officers were injured the Tennessee bureau of investigation is now looking into the shooting the man in the vehicle has yet to be identified but news of his death spread quickly when state sports anger , according to Memphis police officials protesters threw bricks and rocks at police well the mayor said Thursday morning that multiple police cars were vandalized and six officers were taken to the hospital authorities gave no immediate accounts of injuries among the demonstrators
