an incredible job we've been through a lot together she's tough Serra Sanders will be leaving her job as White House press secretary at the end of the month yet another high profile departure from the trump administration %HESITATION I couldn't be prouder to have had the opportunity to serve my country and particularly to work for this president it's one of the greatest jobs I could ever have I've loved every minute even the hard minutes trump first made the surprise announcement in a tweet Thursday saying I hope she decides to run for governor of Arkansas she would be fantastic whether or not she runs for the position once held by her father remains to be seen Sanders took over from Sean Spicer as press secretary in July two thousand seventeen %HESITATION we won't release the full letter the thirty six year old has since drawn fire from the White House correspondents association with trump preferring to take questions himself from reporters the last briefing was ninety four days ago thanks so much because he is so , Sanders is joining a long list of high profile officials to quit the trump White House others who have parted ways with the president's include former White House chief of staff John Kelly and former secretary of state rex tellers and each of us get to choose though this latest goodbyes seem to be on good terms and I want to thank you for an outstanding job and thank you come
