The woman in her 20s and a resident of the Hacienda long term care facility in Phoenix, gave birth to a baby boy in December.

Phoenix Police Sergeant Tommy Thompson says 36 year old Sutherland worked at the facility providing care for the woman at the time of the alleged rape.>> On Tuesday, January 22, that was yesterday, the scientist in the Phoenix police crime laboratory determined the sample obtained from Sutherland matched the baby.
