The incident happened in eastern Siberia as both were taking off. Both helicopters' black boxes have been recovered, and authorities have set up a commission to investigate the crash.>> A task force group has already been set up to establish the causes and circumstances of the catastrophe. Within the framework of the criminal case, the investigation considers all possible versions of the incident, including piloting error.
