Toronto Mayor, John Tory, on Monday offered his condolences to the families of the victims.>> Our entire city has been shocked by this cowardly act of violence.

>> This is the second time this year Toronto has had to deal with tragedy brought about by violence on the streets. In April, a driver in a van plowed through a crowd, killing ten people. The identity of the assailant in this latest attack has not yet been released.
