US district judge Amy Berman Jackson on Thursday barred president trump indicted longtime adviser Roger stone from speaking publicly about the criminal case against him or be sent to jail stone was hold back to court by Jackson after posting a photo of the judge this week on Instagram next to an image of what seem to be the cross hairs of a gun in a tense hearing a contrite stone apologized saying quote I am kicking myself over my own stupidity your honor I can only beseech you to give me a second chance but a visibly angry Jackson appear to be having none of it telling stone his apology quote rings quite hollow today I gave you a second chance Jackson said but this is not baseball there will not be a third chance stone had taken down the offending image shortly after posting it and apologized but he later gave an interview on the conspiracy website info wars defending the post stone has pleaded not guilty to charges of making false statements to Congress and obstruction and witness tampering and special counsel Robert Muller is Russia probe the indictment alleges he lied about his contacts with wikileaks which published democratic emails that intelligence officials say were hacked by Russia during the twenty sixteen presidential race since his arrest in January he has been free on a two hundred and fifty thousand dollar bond which could be revoked if stone violates Jackson's order stone for decades a self proclaimed political dirty trickster had been hit with an earlier limited gag order by the judge but he is now banned from making any comments about his case or the special counsel's investigation
