>> Fire breaks out at an oil refinery in Germany on Saturday forcing thousands of evacuations. This footage taken on a phone showing the size of the blaze that has left nine people with injuries, one of them heavily wounded. The blast occurred near the Southern German city of Engelstadt, prompting more than 2000 people to leave their homes.
The oil refinery is part of the Bayern Oil Complex in the town of Vorburg. More than 200 firefighters were believed to be on the scene. The cause of the blast is still unknown.
