COMING UP:Share Opener Variant 3

>> The Trump train is off the rails. He is not capable to fulfill his duties as President of the United States, and there needs to be action taken to remove him from office.>> Former White House aid Omarosa Manigault Newman telling Reuters that President Trump is unfit to serve, as Trump hurls insults on Twitter, and his campaign resorts to legal action.
>> Why is he trying to shut me down? Why is he going to this extent, sticking his legal team on me, if he has nothing to hide?>> I'm Andy Sullivan in Washington, where Trump's former protégé is having a bigger impact now than she ever did when she worked in the White House.
The one-time star of Trump's reality TV series, drawing a fierce response from the President and his team, saying she violated a non-disclosure agreement. But, that's not stopping her from promoting a tell-all memoir. Manigault-Newman telling Reuters in an interview that Trump is mentally unstable, and accusing him of racism.
>> He is, in fact, a racist, a bigot, and a misogynist.>> His campaign saying Tuesday, it has filed an arbitration case against the fired advisor, saying she violated a confidentiality agreement she signed in 2016.>> A lowlife, she's a lowlife.>> The legal action coming after Trump lashed out against Manigault-Newman.
Calling her a dog and a crazed, crying, lowlife. Upset that she secretly recorded conversations at the White House before she was fired in December 2017. Critics say Trump's insults echoes attacks on other prominent African Americans like basketball star, LeBron James, and Congresswoman Maxine Waters.>> This has absolutely nothing to do with race, and everything to do with the president calling out someone's lack of integrity.
The fact is, the president's an equal opportunity person, that calls things like he see it.>> Everyone should be concerned, because he is actually displaying his mental decline, and he is not even hiding it. He's letting it all hang out.>> The dispute raises questions about Trump's efforts to silence public employees.
Non-disclosure agreements are commonplace in the world of business, but experts say they're unconstitutional when it comes to government service. It's yet one more way in which this administration is breaking from the norms.
