3D printed gun maker Cody Wilson has fled the US for Taiwan after being charged with sexually assaulting a minor. >> According to investigators, Wilson messaged the young victim through a website called sugardaddymeet.com, and paid her $500 for sex. Now, police say, he's caught off light to Taiwan which doesn't have an extradition treaty with the US.>> We don't know why he went to Taiwan, but we do know before he left he was informed by a friend of the victim that she had spoken to police and police were investigating him for having sex with a minor.

>> Wilson sparked a legal battle in 2015 when he challenged a government ban on posting blueprints for 3D guns on the Internet for free. He claimed it infringed on his rights to free speech and to bear arms. Last month a US judge ordered him not to post the blueprints online.
