>> It feels different, but in a good way.>> 11 year old Sophia Sanchez has a new heart after undergoing transplant surgery last week at Chicago's Laurie Hospital. And through the process, she's also found a new and very famous friend, rapper Drake. Sofia's been a Drake fan for years, but he only discovered her when he saw a video of her in August dancing to his song, In My Feelings.

He said to stay strong and keep fighting and you will get through this.>> And get through it she did. After diagnosing her with cardiomyopothy, a condition that often leads to heart failure, doctors successfully completed the transplant. They say she's recovering well. Sophia's mother Natalie says she's relieved.
