>> Elizabeth Smart's kidnapper, Wanda Barzee, has been released from prison in Utah.>> I'm very concerned for the community, for the public as much as I am for myself.>> Smart, who is now 30, was kidnapped by Barzee and her husband, Brian David Mitchell, in 2002 when she was 14 years old.
00:00:21
She was held and repeatedly raped by Mitchell over a period of nine months. She says Barzee watched and encouraged it.>> She would sit right next to me. The side of her body would be touching me while he was raping me. I mean, she was right there.>> Mitchell was sentenced to life in prison, and Barzee was sentenced to 15 years in federal prison for her role in the abduction.

>> Ms. Barzee->> Barzee's attorney, Scott Williams, says his client does not pose a threat to the public.>> There is no credible evidence that she's a danger to the community. We have volunteered a condition restricting her geographically from certain areas that the Smart family might find themselves in.

>> Once I was rescued, I just remember feeling like I am not going to let life pass me by.>> Elizabeth Smart is now married with two children and is expecting a third. She says that while she's forgiven Barzee and is trying to move on, she believes her abductor still poses a threat.
