T. answers , the deal comes with a twenty thousand dollar fine and restitution along with possible jail time of up to ten months to be determined at a later date her criminal pursuits first exposed when the scandal broke in March stand in stark contrast to her career highlights sprung from the Broadway plays of Pulitzer Prize winner David Mamet Huffman nabbed an Oscar nomination in two thousand six for her groundbreaking portrayal of a transgender woman in trans America while simultaneously flexing her mainstream muscle as one of ABC's desperate housewives for which she won an Emmy in two thousand five the college scam and now changes the script peppered with its public transcripts of Hoffman's email and phone exchanges with Rick singer mastermind of the plot who funneled bribes to coaches and paid proctor's through his nonprofit Hoffman is one of fifty people charged thirty three of them parents including fellow actress Lori Loughlin and her fashion designer husband Mossimo Genouilly both of whom plan to plead not guilty of men in an April statement said her daughter quote knew absolutely nothing about my actions and in my misguided and profoundly wrong way I have betrayed her not surprisingly the true life college tale will become a book and the TV series no word on who will play either of the two actresses
