this is a Russian businessman's worst nightmare the boss of point planes %HESITATION trends if someone to the Kremlin to explain how the crude supplies became so contaminated it's on sellable , the notification that availability in this case in violation of all technological regulations this company deliberately discharged oil that had not undergone a quality check I believe this was as a result of rolled the machines because humor on his machine listen someone cheated but we have suffered huge economic material and reputational damage , this is the Druzhba pipeline it supplies Russian oil to countries including Germany Poland Belarus and Ukraine but the flow has been halted off to crude was found contaminated with organic chlorides a chemical used in oil extraction your voice as well correspondent me Trish Dunn itself in London explains what you need to do is you have to separate these chemical before you can export oil to the west or even use it that the Russian refineries and apparently it hasn't been done so what we don't understand is is who has done it there is a blame game going on the Russia some companies have been named the companies have completely denied being involved in this so at the moment is is is talking on clay Belarus says up to five million tons of oil could be affected right now no one is sure how it can be cleaned up well how long that will take , Belarus says probably months back in Moscow Russia's president had stern words regarding trend sniffs internal controls much of some kind this shows the self control is not enough this is what I mean the system needs to be changed , oil companies and traders want compensation for losses caused by the contamination , months of legal wrangling lie ahead whoever is responsible should expect a call from the Kremlin
