it was a day of confusion in lancashire council votes that was supposed to be all but decided set to approve fracking in england for the first time in four years , i'm just protesters waited outside for the inevitable disappointment , but it never came , instead of the which isn't singing as counselors one after another said that now has a change of heart , a break in proceedings to be just one of many the council flip flopping yet again disappearing behind closed doors for legal advice , the final verdict was to delay the proceedings until monday when the council will not likely going to go ahead with fracking , some counselors saying the hands were tightly to buy secret legal advice to the annoyance of protesters nnnnn , really fracking influence is taken oil and gas van could drill a two years to get this far and even if it's planned gets approved on monday still amy for exploration not commercial motive itself compare that to this the booming landscape of fracking in america with industry sweeping the country in england it's still an open field with work not yet begun
