nnnnn president obama's trade agenda getting a spectacular rebuke friday from congress with the house of representatives refusing to give him the power to close out the trans pacific partnership the motion is not adopted , well even a last minute trip to the hill by the president himself couldn't save so called trade promotion authority better no , seriously the white house , taking a , this track would give obama the power to close out the trade deal and only allow congress an up or down vote on the final deal , in a twist it was not the fast track bill itself failed it actually passed by a narrow margin but the house overwhelmingly rejected another related bill helping american workers hurt by free trade so what i what i had planned to do was splits the the bill into terry i would betting that the democrats would fight for the wicker assistance at program and then republicans would fight the fast track and buy some admissions would pass instead democrats including minority leader nancy pelosi overwhelmingly rejected the deal for the republicans and i hoping to bring , the first section of the , back for a guide on tuesday but it set me far frankly what could happen between now and tuesday tonight the large numbers of democrats if i did not you change their minds , president obama has the weekend to try and save an issue he hopes to make a key part of his legacy
