>> Former US President George H W Bush is back in a Houston hospital for treatment of a mild case of pneumonia, it's his second case of respiratory illness in three months. A family spokesman says the 92 year old is in good spirits, and doctors are keeping him for observation while he regains his strength.
The elder Bush initially checked into Houston Methodist Hospital Friday, with a persistent cough, preventing him from getting proper rest. In January, the former president spent two weeks in the hospital with pneumonia. His 91 year old wife, former First Lady, Barbara Bush, had an overlapping stay at the same hospital for treatment of bronchitis.
The couple have been married 72 years. Bush is the nation's oldest living ex-president.
