>> I love bread.>> Oprah Winfrey has finally found her CEO. Weight Watchers Wednesday tapping Mindy Grossman, the current chief executive of the Home Shopping Network, to lead the company. In a statement, Winfrey, who owns a 10% stake in the diet business, and has been searching for a new CEO for months, Calling Grossman a successful visionary, and investors seem to agree.
Shares of the company up roughly 13% after the close. Grossman will officially take over in July, and will also join the Weight Watchers board. She leaves HSN behind, after leading the company for almost a decade. In 2014 Grossman was named fortune's business person of the year, and has been named one of the world's 100 most powerful women three times by Forbes magazine
