>> A truck has plowed into a department store in central Stockholm killing at least four people and injuring more than a dozen others. Swedish Prime Minister Stefan Lofven has said the country has been attacked and that everything indicates that this is an act of terrorism. Local police have so far arrested one person.
There's been no immediate claim of responsibility. The instance occurred in one of the city's major pedestrian streets just before 3 PM local time. Parts of central Stockholm was cordoned off with all public transport halted on police orders. Several attacks in which trucks or cars have driven into crowds have taken place in Europe in the past year.
