I'm not gonna start micro-analyzing Donald Trump's utterances. It's a dangerous place to be. I think it's safe to say that General Flynn and I didn't see eye to eye. And that I didn't that he was someone who would bring benefit to the President or to the administration. And I made that very clear to candidate Trump and I made it very clear to President elect Trump.
That was my opinion, my view do I feel vindicated? I don't have any need to feel vindicated one way or another, Charlie. You make recommendations, you do the best you can to make recommendations to a president elect, in that context, I did. But I would just say this to you, if I were president elect of the United States I wouldn't let General Flynn in the White House, let alone give him a job.
