>> North Korea launching a ballistic missile from a test facility near its west coast on Sunday morning local time that flew 435 miles according to the South Korean military. The north has attempted but failed to test launch ballistic missiles. Four consecutive times in the past two months. US President Donald Trump warned, in an interview with Reuters in late April, that quote a major, major conflict with the north was possible, but he would prefer a diplomatic outcome to the dispute over its nuclear and missile programs.
The latest launch also comes just days after South Koreans went to the polls to elect a new president.
