>> A suspicious murder in Ukraine and now the country's accusing Russia of state terrorism. Former Russian law maker Denis Voronenkov, a Putin critic and a key witness in a treason case against former Ukrainian leader, Viktor Yanukovych, was shot dead in broad daylight outside a hotel in central Kiev Thursday.
Moscow denied any involvement in Voronenkov's murder, but Ukrainian prosecutors say this was a hit.>> Today in downtown Kiev, there was an execution carried out of a political opponent to the Kremlin, who gave testimony against the Kremlin and against Yanukovych, their servant.>> The shooter was shot and killed by Voronenkov's bodyguard.
The assailants identity was not disclosed. This comes days after the lawyer for the family of late Russian whistle blower, Sergei Magnitsky, plunged from his fourth floor apartment a day before a major court date on a tax fraud case. Russian media says he fell. His client's employer says he was pushed.
These just the latest in a line of Putin critics that have ended up shot or poisoned.
