>> Scotland has spoken. It's parliament voting on Tuesday to pursue another national referendum on the independence from the United Kingdom. The decision coming just a day before Britain triggers its formal first step towards Brexit. Further straining relations between the two countries after last year's vote when Scotland opted to remain in the European Union.
The motion put forward by First Minister Nicola Sturgeon, passing with 69 votes in favor and 59 against. Allowing the minister to push the British parliament to grant Scots a second chance at an independence referendum.
