>> More than a thousand homes evacuated as a wildfire rages west of Boulder, Colorado. The flames, reported just before 1:30 Sunday morning, have scorched over 100 acres of land. As the fire crews worked tirelessly in the morning, officials said the so-called Sunshine Fire was at 0% containment.>> The fire has predominantly moved south towards Boulder Canyon.
And again, it's high urban interface there. There's a lot of steep terrain, rocky terrain, difficult to get crews back into some of those areas.>> Wagner added the weather conditions were better than expected, beneficial for the crews in the air. There were no immediate reports of injuries or property loss.
The cause of the fire is not yet known.
