>> The Ukrainian military says saboteurs have blown up an ammunition dump in the east of the country. A string of explosions rending the skies near the town of Balakleya. The base here used to store tank ammunition, about a 138,000 tons of it. Rescuers evacuating people from nearby villages, which lie about 100 kilometers from the front line of Ukraine's conflicts with Russian backed separatists.
