Secretary Tillerson's visit comes as the US looks to tighten an economic squeeze aimed at forcing North Korea to retreat from its nuclear arms and missiles program. US officials say Beijing appears increasing willing to cut ties with North Korea's economy by adopting UN sanctions after long accounting for some 90% of its neighbor's foreign trade.
