this is the end to months of campaigning just fifteen hours at the polls today it's down to you , voting in the u. k. is general election kicking off at seven a. m. until polls close at ten o'clock tonight there's not much we can tell you , strict election rules mean no broadcasting a policy or politics until then just the facts , about forty million people are thought to be registered to vote across england wales scotland and , hundred and fifty of them up for grabs in the house of commons , parties needing three hundred twenty six to form a majority the results are expected to trickle in through the early hours of friday
