COMING UP:Share Opener Variant 1

When we look at the priorities, we would love to work with the administration on priorities around making sure that we're gonna continue to advocate for currency manipulation rules. To make free and fair trade because we agree with the president on that. We wanna make sure that we have fuel economy regulations that reflect market realities and we also would like to work with them on comprehensive tax reform.
>> What about laxer emission standards? Would you welcome that?>> As I said, we wanna work with them on making sure the fuel economy requirements are reflective of the market realities.>> Automakers are talking about moving towards EVs, lower emissions. Isn't it contradictory to welcome lax revision standards at this point?
>> No, not at all because when we look at the development of propulsion systems as well as the charging infrastructure, we're still a numbers away from adopting electrified vehicles in the US in force. When you have legislation that exceeds those limitations, that's gonna be adverse impact to the customer and to companies like us.
