>> Green Party candidate, Jill Stein, vowing to bring her fight for a recount in Pennsylvania to federal court. This after a state judge ordered her campaign to post a $1 million bond, prompting the campaign to withdraw the request. Her team's saying it's looking for emergency relief. Because the state court are so ill-equipped to address the problem.
The Pennsylvania court had given Stein until Monday at 5 PM to post the bond. President-elect Donald Trump squeaked out victories against Democrat Hillary Clinton In Pennsylvania as well as Michigan and Wisconsin where Stein has also filed for recounts. He's tried to stop the effort calling it a scam, his representatives requesting a $10 million bond in Pennsylvania according to court papers.
Democrat Hillary Clinton's campaign has said it would take part. Stein got about 1% of the presidential vote on November 8th. It's unclear why she feels the $1 million bond is prohibitive as she's raised almost $7 million to fund the recounts. Her campaign is announced a Monday press conference in New York in front of Trump Tower to address the issue.
