>> Enjoying a traditional German Christmas with a Falafel Sandwich. This family of refugees serving up Syrian home cooking at a festive market in Schillingsfurst, Bavaria. How to integrate refugees, has become a hot topic in Germany since nearly 900,000 arrived during the migrant crisis in 2015. So the Ballish family's enthusiastic participation in this German tradition has met approval from the locals.
> Up the towns Barrack council, Maya sister Nawal and their father are showing their art works. They depict scenes of suffering, and war in their home country.
The Ballish hope they will help people to understand, and they plan to donate the proceeds towards treating injured Syrian children. Up on the market's stage, the two little ones, Shams and Sampalis, join their school friends for some festive songs doing their own bit to fit in.
