uber is no stranger to a lawsuit it's been cleared by drivers and by passengers but now the ride hailing service has been sued by contrast mass murderer Jason Dalton a forty five year old Michigan liver driver charged with killing six people last month wild I ten million dollars federal civil rights lawsuit against the ride sharing company saying it Lieberthal he's in jail police say Dalton went on a five hour killing spree in February in between driving customers for uber in Kalamazoo don't need needed to the shooting holy day in his lawsuit don't write quote labor doesn't care about its drivers we are peasant and pawn pieces uber's bottom line , he added that the company discriminated against him because of his mental health ruined his life and never invited him to any corporate parties Dalton reportedly told police the uber app had the ability to take over his body , in a statement uber replied quote it's hard to know how to respond to someone who refuses to take responsibility for his own actions , our hearts go out to the victims families who have to live with the consequences of his terrible crimes , don't ask for a jury trial and plans to represent himself
