>> British police believe they've identified the perpetrators of the Novichok Attack on former double agent Sergei Skripal, according to a media report. Police cross-checked security camera images with records of people entering the UK, a trail that has led them to several Russian suspects. This is according to the UK's Press Association, citing a source close to the investigation, but a police spokesman declined to comment.
Skripal and his daughter, Yulia, were found unconscious on a public bench in the English city of Salisbury in March. After weeks in a coma, they've both recovered. But the same nerve agent claimed another victim this month. Dawn Sturgess died after she found a bottle containing Novichok near the site of the attack on the Skripals.
Her partner remains in hospital. Britain blamed Russia for the Novichok Attack, and ordered the largest expulsion of Russian diplomats since the height of the Cold War. Russia, which always denied involvement, retaliated in kind.
