>> With the strike against the Syrian government behind him, President Trump, on Sunday, took aim once again at former FBI Director, James Comey. In a series of tweets, the president hurled a new set of insults on Comey, who's tell-all book alleges that Trump pressed him for his loyalty.
Trump tweeting quote, I never asked Comey for Personal Loyalty. I hardly even knew this guy. Just another of his many lies. Trump fired Comey last May as the FBI was probing possible connections between Trump's presidential campaign and Russia's meddling in the 2016 election. That probe now led by special counsel Robert Mueller took FBI agents to the doorstep of Trump's personal lawyer, Michael Cohen, whose New York office and home were raided last week as part of a criminal investigation.
Trump on Sunday tweeting quote, Attorney Client privilege is now a thing of the past. I have many (too many!) lawyers and they are probably wondering when their offices, and even homes, are going to be raided. A source told Reuters, investigators were seeking information about a $130,000 payment made by Cohen just before the 2016 election to porn star to Stormy Daniels who has said she had sex with Trump while he was married.
The President has said he did not know about the payment.>> No, I don't know.>> The lawyer for Daniels whose real name is Stephanie Clifford said on Sunday, that she will appear at Cohen's hearing in federal court on Monday.>> Much information about this process
