I did not kill Susan Berman.>> Durst is accused of murdering Susan Berman 16 years ago, because of what she knew about his wife's 1982 death for which he was investigated. At 73, Durst appeared physically frail. Reuters correspondent Alex Dobuzinskis was there.>> He was rolled in with a neck brace, but he was looking very alert despite, obviously some physical limitations that he had.
Now his attorney told me outside of court, that Robert Durst recently had a cervical spine operation, which would explain, maybe why he came in, in that condition.>> Prosecutors say they will not seek the death penalty against Durst if he's convicted.
