>> Just days before the presidential election, warnings surfacing of potential terror threats in three US states. New York, Texas, and Virginia could be targets of an Al-Qaeda plot set for Monday, according to federal authorities. But so far details are scant. Reuters correspondent, David Ingram.>> This is coming from Al-Qaeda, according to US authorities.
We don't know whether it's Al-Qaeda's operations in Yemen, in Syria and Afghanistan, or some other branch of the network.>> Still, authorities say they're beefing up security at airports, bridges and tunnels. That's even though threat levels are considered relatively low.>> One of the things that US officials are looking at is whether this could actually be an actual threat from Al-Qaeda.
Or whether this could be potentially an attempt to inspire a lone wolf attack.>> Meanwhile, Friday's warnings have only added to growing concerns of violence related to Tuesday's election, following months of heated campaigning.
