>> An Ohio judge declaring a mistrial Saturday, after jurors could not agree on the fate of Ray Tensing. A former University of Cincinnati police officer charged with murder in the shooting death of a black motorist last year. The jury had been deliberating since Wednesday on whether Tensing is guilty of murder or voluntary manslaughter.
When he shot Samuel DuBose during a traffic stop last year. DuBose was unarmed. Tensing was fired after the incident. The killing fueled demonstrations against use of lethal force by white officers against unarmed blacks. Tensing pleaded not guilty saying he feared for his life. Body camera video of the July 2015 incident showed Tensing shooting DuBose in the head after pulling him over for a missing license plate on his vehicle.
