Video uploaded to social media showed demonstrators chanting outside the station as trains came to a halt. Local media said the company that runs the trains, Metrorail, issued a statement saying the delays were caused by an electrical volt. Adding that the company is also reviewing CCTV footage to find those responsible for the damage.
