>> Darwin Martinez Torres has been charged in the death of 17-year-old Nabra Hassanen. A body believed to be hers was found on Sunday. Police say Torres got out of his car in Sterling, Virginia and assaulted Hassanen, a Muslim, after a roadside dispute Sunday morning. They say she was among friends heading for their last meal before fasting for Ramadan when the attack occurred.
