>> It's been called Portugal's deadliest forest fire. The blaze which started on Saturday in the mountains 200 kilometers northeast of the capital has so far claimed dozens of lives. At least, 30 bodies have been discovered in cars, many were trying to flee the scene. Smoke inhalation and burns the cause of death.
Prime Minister Antóntio Costa calling it the worst forest fire the country has seen in recent years. It's not yet known what started the fires, but the prime minister says it could have been due to thunderstorms. Fires are still raging on, 1,700 firefighters are trying to tackle them across Portugal.
Spain and France have also pledged to help combat the fire and aid the victims.
