>> Two children pulled alive from the rubble of the seven story building that collapsed in Nairobi. They were rescued minutes apart and rushed to hospital while onlookers cheered. Several people still reported missing as rescue efforts continued late Tuesday. The block came down the night before shortly after Kenyan authorities ordered all occupants to evacuate, that, following reports cracks had developed in the structures.
A resident told Reuters, the warning signs were there.>>
