>> Darren Osborne a father of four from Cardiff restrained outside a London mosque after allegedly driving a van into worshipers deliberately. The 47-year-old arrested on suspicion of attempted murder and terrorism offenses. His family say they're devastated at the sheer madness of the attack. Police now guarding their home in Wales, his neighbors speak of a man who seemed like just everyone else.

A local Imam credited with stopping people from beating him up.>> We stopped all forms of attack and abuse towards him that were coming from every angle.

A police van drove past by coincidence, so we flagged them down. We told the situation, that there's a man, he's restrained. He mowed down a group of people with his van, and there's a mob attempting to hurt him if you don't take him.>> If Osborne is formally charged with terrorism, it'll be considered the fourth such attack in Britain since March.

The third to involve a vehicle driven at pedestrians. Police now not only working to prevent terror, but also any hate crimes which have been provoked ever since.
