Oregon's Attorney General is suing GNC Thursday accusing the dietary supplement retailer of knowingly selling products spiked with synthetic drugs I'm probably getting their New York GNC responding to the lawsuit saying that it is without merit and that the company will bigger , but the lawsuit claims the retailer sold thousands of weight loss and dietary products which contained Pygmalion used for neurological conditions in other countries or BMP area which is a drug banned by the world anti doping organization , synthetic drugs were allegedly used , and popular pills like shreds burner and green coffee bean and energy this is not the first controversy over the ingredients in GNC supplement , the New York Attorney General sued GSE earlier this year reaching an agreement in March we're GNC said it would update its test to exceed FDA guideline but this latest lawsuit once again called geocities practitioners , into question , shares of the company suffering eighth fourteen percent drop
