>> World leaders stepping up the pressure on President Trump at the start of the G20 Summit, Friday, in Hamburg. Canadian Prime Minister, Justin Trudeau, telling a German newspaper Friday, we'll tell him it's important to take a lead role in tackling climate change and creating good jobs. As police and protestors clashed outside, leaders of Brazil, Russia, India, and China, known as the BRIC countries, issuing a joint communique, calling on the G20 to implement the Paris climate deal despite Trump's decision last month to pull the United States out of it.
Chinese President Xi Jingping saying the Paris Agreement on climate change is an important consensus that must not be given up easily. The statements come hours after California Governor, Jerry Brown, invited the international community to come to San Fransisco next year for the Climate Action Summit. Speaking by video conference Thursday to a high profile gathering in Hamburg, Brown said the President doesn't speak for the rest of America.
