>> Police say Venus Williams is at fault for a fatal two car crash in June. An initial police report finding the former top ranked tennis champ failed to yield the right of way to another motorist at a four way intersection in Palm Beach, Florida. Jerome Barson, a passenger in the other car, was taken to a Florida Trauma Center and died 13 days later.
On Friday, the victim's family filing a civil complaint against Williams, blaming her for his death. Police say Williams was driving five miles an hour and was not under the influence of drugs or alcohol. Her attorney early on saying Williams was not issued any citations or traffic violations after the accident.
The 37-year-old tennis star was not injured in the crash and expressed condolences to the man's family. Currently ranked 11th in the world, Williams is expected to play at Wimbledon beginning next week.
