>> The fire that swept through a 24-story, social housing block leaving scores dead. And it started, police confirmed on Friday, in a fridge freezer. Britain now working with the manufacturer, Hotpoint, in carrying out tests of the model produced between 2006 and 2009. Officials say that particular product had never been recalled before.

Attention to on the recently installed cladding at Grenfell Tower, home to some of London's poorest residents, in one of the capital's wealthiest areas. Samples of insulation and tiles from the cladding were taken from Grenfell Tower, both failed fire safety tests. That information so concerning to police that it was immediately shared with the British government and every UK council.

All this fitting into what London's police say is one of the largest and most complex investigations they have every carried out.>> We are looking at every criminal offense, from manslaughter, onwards. We are looking at every health and safety and fire safety offenses and we are reviewing every company at the moment involved in the building and refurbishment of Grenfell Tower.

>> Meanwhile, the search of the tower continues. The number of people believed to have died remains at 79, though police stress it could be higher. The UK Home Office says that the tragedy will not be used to check people's immigration status. That's in the hope that some of those who may be too scared to provide information can be persuaded to come forward.
