>> Multiple people dead, and several others injured Sunday after a gunmen entered a church in a small town in Southeast Texas, and began firing. That's according to county authorities who say the lone gunmen is quote, down after walking into the First Baptist Church in Sutherland Springs about 40 miles east of San Antonio, where he opened fire.
Sheriff Joe Tackett told reporters that there were multiple injuries, and fatalities including children. It was not clear how many people may have been killed or wounded. Agents of the FBI, the ATF and other law enforcement agencies were reportedly on the scene, or on their way. This is a developing story.
