I rise in opposition to what the Republicans have proposed, a devastating Republican budget. The first step in the GOP's dangerous plan to fast track their immoral tax framework to hand trillions of dollars to the wealthy, while raising taxes on working American families. The Republican budget and tax plan cruelly rigs an unfair system even further against hardworking Americans.

>> The first thing you do is you go ask them, why did you move the jobs overseas? And they say, because America is not competitive again. We have the highest corporate tax rate in the entire industrial world, and what it means is middle-class jobs being shipped to other countries.
