>> Drone footage shows this man swimming in the ocean off Surf City, North Carolina. Also in the water, that's a shark. And wait til you hear the back story. The man swimming is 20-year old, Zachary Kingsbury. He was driving through Surf City on Wednesday with a friend when police stopped them.

Cops saw what they thought was drug paraphernalia in the car. Kingsbury took off running and jumped in the ocean. Rather than swim after the suspect, police sent up a drone to track him and called the Coast Guard. Kingsbury made it back to shore and was arrested. On Friday, the Pender County Sheriff's Office released the video showing Kingsbury's close encounter with Jaws.

Kingsbury's charged with drug possession and fleeing cops. He told a Wilmington TV station, he's just happy he wasn't bitten.
